Some of you have already heard of the the TV show called the Biggest Loser. For those who haven’t, its basically a program the presents overweight people competing agiant each other to archive a new body. The Biggest Loser Club is the same as the TV show, but all online. The online program provides access to workout videos and meal plans that are used by the contestants on the Biggest Loser TV Show.
Bob Harper is a professional fitness trainer that appears on the show. He encourages the contestants to work real hard with a combination of aerobic and strength exercises. The Biggest Loser works extremely well. I have seen the transformation that these contestants go threw, and its just amazing.
The Biggest Loser Diet Program
The Biggest Loser Diet is based on food groups. For Example:
- Breakfast: 1 fruit, 3 grains, 1 dairy
- Morning Snack: 1 protein, 1 fruit
- Lunch: 2 proteins, 1 vegetable, 1 grain
A specific food may be selected from the group. Take for example:
- 1 Grain serving - 1 slice of whole wheat bread.
- 1 Fruit serving - a banana.
- 1 Protein serving - 4oz of lean chicken.
- 1 Vegetable serving - 1 cup of cauliflower.
