venEVOL is an oral non-prescription weight loss pill that comes in the form of a capsule. Each bottle contains 90 red capsules and the claims from the manufacturer is that venEVOL makes it easier for weight loss to occur. This, it claims, occurs through faster shedding of weight and higher amounts of energy, which make it easier to exercise without running out of energy. Fatigue is one of the main complaints of dieters as they are often consuming fewer calories and therefore less energy. As such, if this product does live up to its claims, it could help dieters struggling with fatigue. 

The venEVOL Formula

The proprietary “matrix” of this 605-milligram drug consists of the following active ingredients:

• Cocoa extract
• Guarana extract
• Maximowizia Chinensis Extract
• Phaseolius Vulgaris Extract
• R-Alpha Lipoic Acid
• 5-Hydroxy L-Tryptophan
• Guggul Extract (Commiphora Mukul 2.5% Guggulsterones)
• Rhodiola Rosea Root Extract
• Tyrosine Ethyl Ester
• Propionyl-Carnitine Ethyl Ester
• VenamineTM (Thiamine Trisulfide)

The primary two ingredients in the formula are cocoa extract and guarana extract. These ingredients do cause a boost of energy in a similar way to caffeine, but other than that, they work solely as diuretics, so that while it will seem as though you are losing weight at first, it is only water loss in the tissues and no fat loss at all. This weight will rebuild once more as it is only fluids within the body that have been removed. 

What to Keep in Mind When Taking These Pills?

The capsules are to be taken in the morning before eating or exercising, as well as at mid-afternoon. Up to 4 capsules can be taken every day. Though it claims to be able to help you to lose weight all by itself, the manufacturer does recommend that a diet lower in fat and higher in exercise accompany the drug for optimal results. While taking venEvol, as it is already very high in stimulants and diuretics, only minimal use of caffeine (including coffee, tea, chocolate, some sodas, and other caffeine-containing products) should occur, if at all.

This is because the caffeine levels in the drug are already so high that sleepiness, nervousness, or rapid heartbeat could result, even in individuals who are not naturally sensitive to stimulants. More specifically, adverse side effects associated with stimulant ingredients include, but are not necessarily limited to:

• Sleep disturbances and/or insomnia
• Anxiety
• Increased blood pressure
• Headaches
• Digestive upset
• Quickened heart rate
• Fatigue after caffeine leaves your system
• Increased need to urinate

If you are considering venEvol to help you to lose weight, take special care to speak to your doctor beforehand as it can conflict with a number of different health conditions and drugs (both prescription and over the counter) as well as herbal supplements. If you believe you are or will become pregnant, have high blood pressure, have other heart problems, suffer from thyroid issues, have a nervous disorder, have diabetes, or if you’re taking any other kind of medication, you should not take this drug. venEVOL is currently unavailable. While you can still find sties online that advertise this dietary supplement, these retailers and independent sellers do not actually carry the product. As it is unknown when this product may come back into stock and an official product page does not exist, it is more than likely that it has been discontinued or possibly reformulated and rebranded. Either way, the product as it existed when the above review was created, no longer exists. Knowing this, if you were seeking a diet pill that could offer the same benefits venEVOL claimed to offer, you will find that there are other OTC diet pill options from which you can choose, including those that contain no stimulants or lower doses of caffeine.
