Tight Tummy for Her is a dietary supplement from Fit Affinity that has been developed for women to “beat belly bloat.” It claims to help reduce bloating, improve digestion, decreases stomach irritation and tightens your tummy so that you can look and feel your best year-round.
More specifically, the ingredients that where found within the formula when this Tight Tummy for Her review was written include: Ginger Root, Peppermint Leaf, Chamomile Flower, DigeSEB SUPER Multi-Enzyme Complex, Fennel Seed, Green Tea Leaf, Buchu Leaf, Cranberry, Dandelion Root, Uva Ursi, Asparagus Root and a Probiotic Blend (L. acidophilus, B. longum, L. bularicus, B. lactis, L. casei, S. thermophiles, B. bifidum, and L. brevis).
The suggested use for taking this dietary supplement is to take 2 capsules daily after breakfast. Users can also take 2 capsules daily after each meal on days that they suffer from bad bloating. No more than 6 capsules should be taken per day.
While Tight Tummy for Her has not been scientifically studied or proven effective, there is a very good chance that it will reduce bloating and reduce water retention. The reason is that several of its ingredients are diuretics. This means that they reduce the amount of water in the body by causing a person to urinate more frequently. Examples of diuretics in this formula include uva ursi, dandelion root, green tea, buchu leaf and so on.
Reducing water retention can decrease bloat, due to a loss of water weight, which can make the stomach appear slimmer. That being said, diuretics can also cause dehydration if you do not drink enough water throughout the day to replenish what is lost.
Do keep in mind that while Tight Tummy for Her can reduce bloat and water retention, it does not help with fat loss. Slimming your tummy down because you’re losing water and slimming it down because you’re losing fat are not the same thing. All water that you lose will naturally come back. This is not a solution for long-term weight loss.
Tight Tummy for Her should not be seen as a treatment for chronic bloat. If you are suffering from bloat regularly, this may be caused by a medical condition or simply because of the food you’re eating. It would be in your best interest to speak with your healthcare provider about this to discover the cause of your chronic bloat and how to best treat it.
