Brunch recipes are a great way to get some tasty ingredients into your day, but you have to make sure that you are doing it right. Here are some of the best recipes that you can do for brunch no matter what day of the week it is.Garden Tacos Ingredients:
Salsa
6 tortillas
6 eggs
Pepper
2 c. arugula
Salt
2 diced shallots
Vegetable oil Directions: 1. For the first of the brunch recipes, set a skillet on heat with some oil and add the shallots and salt. Cook for 4 minutes.
2. Add in the arugula and let it wilt for another 4 minutes before seasoning with pepper. Mix this together with the scallions until they are well combined and then set this to the side.
3. Grab another skillet and add some oil before breaking an egg. Cook it for a few minutes. Fry until your white sets and repeat with the rest of the eggs.
4. Place an egg on each of the tortillas and then arrange the arugula all around the eggs. Spoon on some salsa and then serve.Green and Apple Juice Ingredients:
½ lemon
1 apple
1 cucumber
2 celery stalks
1 bunch parsley
1 head lettuce
1 handful spinach
3 kale leaves Directions: 1. Wash off all of the ingredients and cut them up into some smaller pieces. Make sure they are in small enough pieces so that they can blend easy. Place into a blender.
2. Blend this for a few minutes before serving right away with a bit of ice into some of your favorite glasses and enjoying.Fruit Salad Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. pistachios
1 c. cherries
6 plums, sliced
6 apricots
3 nectarines
½ vanilla bean
¼ c. sugar Directions:
1. Bring out a pan and stir the lemon juice, water, and sugar. Add in the vanilla bean and bring this to boil so that the sugar will dissolve before reducing the heat and letting this simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Set this to the side and allow it to cool down before refrigerating to chill.
3. In a bowl, add in all of the fruit. Take the vanilla bean from the syrup before drizzling this syrup all over the fruit. Garnish with some pistachios before serving.
