Vegetable Soup made from a selections of organic vegetables:
Mix a selection of tomatoes, leeks, onions, cabbage, garlic and chives, with water. Cook until the vegetables are tender, then blend.

Small portion fresh fish
Salad of sliced red peppers, tomatoes, onions, chives, cucumber, topped with tbsp flaxseed oil

Lunch
Salad of sliced red peppers, tomatoes, onions, chives, cucumber, topped with sunflower seeds.
Snack
Aloe Vera Juice
Apple
Dinner
Vegetable Curry made with a selection of chopped fresh organic tomatoes, onions, red peppers, artichokes, curry powder, garlic and olive oil. Method: Chop all the ingredients, mince the garlic. Cook the garlic in the olive oil, stir in the curry powder (to taste), then add the vegetables. Allow to cook gently until the vegetables are tender.
Continue this type of detox diet plan for 5-7 days.
