Men's Health encompasses how men can live a healthy life. This includes men's health issues such as exercise, fitness, heart disease, cancer, obesity, diabetes, hair loss, erectile dysfunction, heart attacks and strokes.
With a few lifestyle changes, many health risks for men can be drastically reduced. Health risks, such as diabetes, obesity, high-cholesterol, and high blood pressure can be avoided or treated with changes to diet and level of activity. In addition to living healthier, some men may be required to take medications to combat these common ailments.
