The Entrepreneur Diet is for those who have a very busy life style. The book was written by the founder of Men’s Fitness magazine, Tom Weede. The book takes a straight headed approach to diet and overall health. It is especially made for those entrepreneurs who have very little time during the day. The book gives some great information on how to balance your life style to get you through the day, but in a healthy way. Its very good, but it is still missing something, which is inspiration, and you really need this if you want to be successful on your weight loss goal.

- There is a great two week diet plan.
- It’s obvious that the author is an expert on the subject of weight loss.
Cons
- No inspiration
- The book is almost an “add-on” to the Entrepreneur Magazine.
Overall the book is good but not great.
