Riduline 36 is a nonprescription diet pill that is a product made by MediDirect, which trades as Tower Health. The website that the creator of the product has created is an impressive one, which appears to say all of the right things to reassure and convince consumers that they have made the right choice with these tablets.
The website also claims that dieters using this product will be able to lose 3kg (just over 6.5 pounds) within a span of 6 to 8 weeks, while it assists in lowering cholesterol. This is actually quite a reasonable claim and it is entirely possible that – assuming the ingredients do what they claim – a person could lose that amount of weight while following a healthy diet and exercise program. Moreover, many people who lose weight do experience a lowering in their cholesterol levels.
The official website, as much as it appears informative, contains a great deal of fluff but not a tremendous amount of substance. For example, a complete ingredient list is not provided on any of the attractive and user friendly pages – at least none that could be found at the time of this review, after having gone over every page that was in the menu. It looks as though the entire product is based on chitosan. This is a substance that has some limited, early evidence that supports claims that it could offer some additional but slow weight loss promotion.
Essentially, this ingredient works as a fat binder. In theory, if enough of it is used, then adequate fat absorption will occur to cut down on calories enough to lose weight. That said, among the substances that do actually work, there are some uncomfortable side effects because of the amount of fat that must pass through the body and out with the waste, instead of being absorbed as is the case in normal digestion. It is important to note that loose stool, diarrhea, flatulence, and abdominal cramping, along with associated dehydration, can result from effective fat blockers.
Moreover, blocking fat, particularly in a healthy diet in which fat intake has already been moderated, can make it harder to achieve proper nutrition every day as many fat soluble nutrients will have been absorbed into the fats that are simply passing through the body.
It is extremely important to speak with a doctor or other licensed medical practitioner before taking this product – or any other diet pill, for that matter. This will help you to know that you will be taking it safely, that you will be able to compensate for the nutrition that could be absent as a result of blocked fat, and that you know exactly what to expect from this product.
