Powerhealth Slim Nite Reviews

Many diet pills are based on using stimulants in order to supercharge a dieter’s energy levels and metabolism, but there is also a growing category of products that have been designed to work at the opposite time of day, when the dieter is sleeping. Powerhealth Slim Nite is among the products that falls into that second category.
The design of this product is such that it claims to be able to boost the production of human growth hormone (HGH) for the purpose of storing less body fat. Some studies have shown that as people age, their HGH production decreases and that this is among the causes of an increase in weight gain with age. It is also blamed for the struggle that many people face in losing weight as they age, when they had previously considered the process to be relatively easy.
By replacing the HGH, the idea is that the body will not store fat as readily, but it will use fats from foods into usable energy, instead. The marketing for this product claims that this process has been proven to be effective with people who have tried several other methods of weight loss without any success. That is an odd claim to make and it would be interesting to see the study that would have shown that people who were unsuccessful with other diet programs and products suddenly seeing results with this method. However, such a study was not cited to support the claim and a brief query online to try to locate that kind of research did not provide any appropriate results. This makes it doubtful that this statement was anything other than an advertising tactic and not something backed by science.
At the time of this review, the ingredients that were listed as being: L Ornithine HCl, L Arginine HCl, L Carnitine and L Tartrate. These are all common ingredients in the nonprescription weight loss industry and none of them have been proven to cause fat to be reduced on the body in a large study published in a peer reviewed medical journal.
If this product is to be effective in any way, it is likely that it would be highly dependent on the dieter’s willingness to keep up a regular increased activity level. For people leading a sedentary lifestyle, it is very unlikely that it will provide any advantages at all. Unfortunately, the marketing for this product doesn’t appear to push exercise or fitness as a major requirement in the usage instructions.
