Instead of being sold as a pill such as a tablet or capsule, MateFit Green Power is a powder that can be consumed as a beverage. To use it, the directions recommend that users add one scoop of the powder to a glass of 8 ounces of cold water and to stir it in. Alternately, you can add this powder to smoothies or juices if you’d like to shake things up a little or enjoy it in a different way each day.

With a list this long, it is easy to wonder whether or not there could be enough of every one of these substances for them all to have a measurable effect on the body. The brand brags quite proudly of the fact that MateFit Green Power contains over fifty ingredients, but many products contain only a handful of ingredients in order to ensure that they can contain enough of them to provide benefits to the user. In this case, it is unclear whether or not the quality of the formula was sacrificed to the desire to add this quantity of substances.

It is a shame that the official webpage for this product doesn’t cite studies to show that the quantities used reflect those in research that produced desirable results.
