DS Lean Extreme is marketed as a “Rapid Recomposition Agent.” This dietary supplement from Driven Sports is a non-stimulant fat burner that supposedly helps you to burn fat and helps you to control cortisol levels.

Cortisol is known as the stress hormone. When cortisol levels are high, this can lead to stress-eating, which often leads to people craving “comfort foods.” This often leads to cravings of sugar and fatty foods. Chronic stress can boost hunger levels and lead to weight gain.

That being said, the primary benefits of DS Lean Extreme according to the manufacture include: no jitters, fat blasting, helps to control cortisol, boost testosterone, maintain muscle tone/mass, optimize healthy immune system.

When this DS Lean Extreme review was written, the formula consisted of a Proprietary Blend (Green Tea, Chinese Salvia, Coleus Forskohlii, Phosphatidylserine, 7b-hydroxy, 17b-dihydro DHEA, Black Pepper).

The suggested use is to take 1 capsule two to three times per day. For optimal results, the manufacturer recommends taking 1 capsule upon waking, 1 capsule four hours later and 1 capsule with an evening meal or before bed. User are also cautioned to use the product for 4 to 8 weeks but not to exceed 8 straight weeks of use. No reason as to why this product should not be taken for longer than 8 continuous weeks was given.

On the plus side, this diet pills is a non-stimulant product. Although it does contain green tea, which does have caffeine, it is a very minimal amount and is unlikely to produce stimulant effects. Furthermore, it does contain several ingredients that are commonly found in over-the-counter weight loss products.

That being said, there is no proof that DS Lean Extreme will be effective in burning fat, or burning fat in a way that will lead to weight loss. Beyond the manufacturer’s claims, there is no scientific evidence that proves this product or any of its ingredients will melt fat off your body. Furthermore, there isn’t any proof that it will help you control your cortisol levels, either.

That being said, proof or not, you should speak with your healthcare provider first before taking DS Lean Extreme. This is particularly important if you have a health condition, if you are currently taking medication or if you are pregnant or nursing. However, even if you are healthy adult it is always best to err on the side of caution and consult a healthcare professional about your plans first.
