Low Fat Chili Con Carne
Ingredients:
1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 fresh chili
1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
1 splash Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 tin kidney beans
Directions:
Cook meat and onions with a splash of oil in large pan with tomato sauce, garlic, chili and Tabasco. Add more of the latter if you want more zing. When meat is browned and onions cooked through, add the last ingredients and simmer for 10-20 minutes. Serve with rice and fresh baked bread or mashed potato.
