I'm not a huge fan of vegetables, but I do my best to eat them. I've found that when I make the largest portion of my meals vegetables and eat them first before I eat the other foods on my plate that I like better, I not only ensure that I get the healthy food I need, but I fill up on it so I don't over-eat on the stuff I should limit. I just wanted to share my little discovery in case it helps someone else :)
