I’ve been trying to figure out exactly what the premise behind the South Beach Diet really is. I know it’s broken down into phases, but is it an extreme or restrictive diet? What do the phases really mean that you have to do? I’m trying to find the best program for me. I’ve heard of a lot of good results with this one I just can’t tell if it’s for me.
