Did this diet start in LA?

I know this might be a dumb question, and I, at least, feel kinda dumb asking, but did LA Weight Loss actually start in Los Angeles? Is this where it got its name? Who created this diet and has it been around for long? Also, is it pretty much the same diet now as it was when it was first introduced?

LA does stand for that...but honestly, I've tried looking into it, and I don't think the company is from LA. According to their company info they are headquartered in Connecticut. The best I could guess is that they've used "LA" because when people think of Los Angeles they tend to think of fit and attractive people....it has better ring to it than "Connecticut Weight Loss" lol lol.

Me too! Oh well, it doesn't really matter that it didn't start in LA though. I think it's actually kinda funny (and even a little interesting) that it didn't. Guess everyone wants to have an LA body

HAHAHA That' so true! LA really is associated with money, power, fame and beauty. I don't think we can say the same thing when we think of Connecticut lol.

Wow...I was not expecting Connecticut. Not that there'a anything wrong with Connecticut...but that really wasn't where I imagined it would have started. I mean, I had a feeling it wasn't actually from Los Angeles, but...hmmm...interesting.
