  • Losing weight wasn't has hard as I thought

    I had no idea that losing weight as as simple as just cutting out extra stuff from your diet and engaging in a bit of physical activity. I've lost 2 pounds in one week, simply by making a few changes. Will this continue?

    What's the answer? Were you able to keep up your results? It's good if you found it easy. I don't find it easy at all.

      Don't forget that you can't let yourself feel deprived. You do need to cut out the extras, but sometimes treat yourself with those extras within reason. That way, it will last for the long term.
