    If you're going to sweat attempt to sweat off the weight (which you're not) at least do a "dry sauna" or steam bath so you'll at least get some detox benefits from the sweat.

    If you want to lose weight you have to have "food control" (smart eating) along with some type of exercise.

    You can't get any type of body tone or a firmer looking body by taking a pill. You have to have some type of workout regimen, whether it's floor exercises, light weights (at home) or getting into the gym.

    Sauna is not the natural way to diet.,In fact. it cannot help you lose weight in the long run.The reason why you lose weight after a sauna bath is because you lost some water inside your body. Along with those waters are the essential electrolytes which the body needs to function properly. These will be gained after you have drank some water or energy drinks. The only way you can lose weight is if you go on a healthy diet and exercise regularly. Of course, youcan always try some weight loss pills as they are very effective in hastening the weight loss process. I suggest you guys try adipex, it works wonders to my metabolism!
