    Work out in the morning once you wake up. Studies have shown that you can burn 3 times more calories by working out in the morning than doing so any other times of the day. So make it your new habit of working out for one solid hour after getting up. You would soon see the positive results in how you look and feel.

      I totally believe in the way. Yoga is perhaps the most effective ways to remain fit and active. It just requires some time of the day (It better to do yoga post 4-5 hours of a heavy meal), preferably in early morning. Take a glass of warm water and lemon juice after the session.

        Yes, I also experienced it. It is true and it is effective especially if you want to loss weight.

          I find when I wake up early to get a morning workout in before work, I do feel really great for most of the day but then at around 4:00 pm I crash and burn and need to take a nap. Is this normal? Of course I can't be napping at work so I don't do my morning workouts as much. I use that time for sleeping a bit longer and then once I home from work I do my exercise.

            I was suffering the exact same problem. I'd feel completely energized at the start of the day and well into the day if I took a brisk walk in the morning, but then by 3pm I'd hit a wall. I found that getting up, stretching and (if you work in an office where no one can see you) doing five jumping jacks was enough to get me going again. Suddenly i can keep my eyes open again when I do that.

                If you eat a big breakfast in the morning (A tip I read from a post by Lydiapurple - http://www.weight-loss-center.net/we...rlier-day.html) AND work out first thing in the morning, then eat a good sized lunch and a small supper, you'll be giving yourself lots of energy right at the start of the day, and achieve the highest amount of calorie burning

                  Great tips for losing weight. I like your shared stuff, Losing weight has always been mentally and emotionally draining, but with these tips, it will help reduce weight lot faster.

                    There is no option for exercises to lose weight. By doing exercises in the morning you will fill refreshing.

                          When eating out, have a snack at least an hour before you eat out, so that you will not be so hungry when it's really time to eat.

                              Eat small portions but with more frequency. It helps in maintaining normal metabolism for faster weight loss.
