I have a hard time committing to exercise, but I"m trying to add more of it into my life. Is it enough to only do Yoga once a week? Will I notice any difference at all, or is this just not worth it?

You'll definitely notice a difference if you start doing it once a week. Your body will maintain the flexibility and you'll feel better. Of course, it is important to keep it up though. Just doing it once a week every so often isn't going to do much for you. It is important to make a routine out of it as much as you can :D

Really? I'm actually a little relieved to hear that. I was wondering if it would be even worth it but it's nice to know that I should at least see some difference. I'm not expecting miracles or anything but even a little improvement is fantastic. I just need to commit to something I know I can achieve to feel good about myself, you know?

It's actually going very well! I've been doing Yoga once a week for a month now and I'm really enjoying it and I do notice a difference in my flexibility and my overall body strength and wellbeinig. It hasn't had any impact on my weight, but I wasn't expecting it, too, I mean I'd seriouslly have to do it more. That said, for now I'm happy to just stick to doing it once per week. It really works for me and I'm liking it. Eventually I may do it twice per week but we'll see. Baby steps, ya know?
