Do you lose weight quickly on this product? I want to lose a good 20 pounds in a month. Will I be able to achieve that with Phentramin-d or is that just wishful thinking?

Sure, it's possible, but you need to prepare yourself to be very strict with your diet and be preapred to workout - a lot. Losing 20 pounds in one month adds up to 5 pounds per week. That's a surprising amount, consider the average person loses between 1 and 2 pounds on average per week (okay, give or take a pound depending on how large you are to start and how strict you are with your dieting/exercising). The point being, you may be able to lose 20 pounds, but it will be a challenge and you really shouldn't do it if if means you're going to force your body past unhealthy limits.

Anything is possible, but what you need to ask yourself is is it safe to lose that amount of weight in that short amount of time? Losing 20 pounds in four weeks would mean 5 pounds a week, which is a lot to lose and a lot harder to lose than you think. Putting your body under that much stress may not only be bad for you physically but also mentally. The key to losing weight and keeping it off is to maintain a steady physical and mental balance.

I would aim for 10 or 15 pounds of weight loss. That'a far more realistic and healthier. Plus you might find losing that amount to be challenging enough. Don't rush your body, take it slow as you make changes and allow yourself the time you need to adjust and adopt a new diet and exercise plan. This is far more likely to result in you keeping the weight that you lose from coming back.

I've gotta say, I think it's wishful thinking because unless you happen to be someone who wants to bust their butt exercising and who is willing to watching absolutely everything you eat for a full 30 days, losing 20 pounds of fat in 30 days is going to be a challenge. That said, if you just want to lose water, you could probably do it, but the weight you lose will come back.
I'd recommend you drop your goal by 10. Aim for 10 pounds and you'll notice a difference and likely be able to keep it off.

Thanks for all your responses. I have actually changed my goal to 15 pounds and so far (10 days in) I've managed to lose 5 pounds. I don't know if I'll be able to reach my 15 pound goal, but I do see now that aiming for 20 was a little too much of a challenge LOL
