  • Please give me STEP by STEP in exercise for weight loss

    i am 23 YO.. newly grad. in my college. i am 5'2 and 75kg my waistline is 42 inches i think i am fat or obese already i want to lose some fat and inches in my waist.
    Any one here can give my step by step of my exercise?
    i just only doing freestyle and get swear that's all... i just started this day i wanna do it properly and i cant go to gym its very far and expenses might kill my pocket..

    Any idea and help is really appreciated..

    What kind of exercises are you looking for? Cardio? something that just tones your middle?

      speaking of step by step, I think the best exercise that you can do to get started is to put on a good pair of socks and running shoes and go for a brisk walk. Go for as long as you can comfortably go. You should be breathing hard and possibly sweating by the end of it, but not wheezing for air. That's a good calorie burner

        Please explain it in details that what kind of exercises you are looking for?
        Just cardio or strength training or wanted to lose your belly fats?

          Try asking your doctor if you don't want to speak to a trainer at a gym. My doctor gave me some photocopies of some good exercises that I could do. They have step by step instructions for how to do them, and little diagrams to go with them to help to make sure that they're being done properly.

          You'd probably be better off doing it that way than getting instructions on a board like this since you haven't really said what you want, and only a professional like a trainer or a doctor will know what you need to work out and how much.

            Cut out all the junk food and start with walking every day. Start with 20 minutes 2x a day and then work it up to 40 minutes 2x a day and you will be losing weight from all over not just your middle. If you have to get up extra early to get the walk in before school, do it. Then at the end of the day get in another one. I guarantee you will start feeling better about yourself asap and have more energy.
