I don't think it can hurt in conjunction with a healthy diet, but the thing is usually a cleanse is temporary and not really a sustainable way to live. I wouldn't expect miracles from a cleanse, but like I say I don't think they will hurt your weight loss.
The waste is the first thing to go. This process clears the way for the other products to work effectively. The next step is to remove the harmful bacteria so that you are better able to retain much needed nutrients.nose right scam
Yes, it does. I use Digestit Colon Cleanse. Digestit is an all natural herbal colon cleansing treatment designed for people suffering from constipation by maximizing one’s elimination without causing loose stool or uncomfortable cramping in cleansing the vital organs and lympathic system. I have read that colon cleanser’s like Digestit is one of the celebrities’ diet secret which keeps them fit and healthy. This product has made me lose 10 lbs already. I feel healthier and lighter.
No it really doesn't help. Ask your doctor and he or she will tell you. Mine did.
Unless you have a huge problem with being constipated (in which case you should be talking to your doctor, anyway), then cleanses don't do anything.
Any weight loss that you feel that you have during this process is water loss. It is shocking to your system and hard on your body.
They come with a lot of side effects in many people. If you eat a healthy, well balanced diet, there is absolutely no need for cleansing. So instead of going through all that strain that could lead to real problems if you have certain common health conditions, just switch your diet to a very healthy one and you'll lose weight and get all the benefits that are advertised by cleanses.
Seriously, ask your doctor. This is exactly what you'll be told.
I always heard that all the weight that you lose from a cleanse is just water taken out of your tissues that has been built up. It goes away but then it will rebuild over time because that's something that is always in flux. So I can't say I'm on board anymore with cleanses since they're such a nuisance, they suck to stick to and if the weight isn't even fat that is gone, then who cares anyway?
People talk about a cleanse like it's one thing. That' a problem. Some cleanses are gentle and beneficial. others are harsh and can shock the system. There can't be a general answer in this area.
You make a good point, Freddyboy. I guess it's the same as asking if dieting works as a whole. A cleanse is more of a category than a specific type of action. So it really does depend on the cleanse that you choose.
I personally think that just making sure you get enough fiber in your diet and that you drink enough water, you'll get all of the same benefits without going through the hassle.

It's true. Just make sure that you eat a lot of antioxidants in your regular diet, too, to get rid of toxins and combat free radical damage.
