Hi everyone! I'm currently trying to lose weight with a group of my friends because we keep each other motivated. We each cook one meal for all of us per week so that cuts down on cooking time, too. The thing is, one of them is gluten intolerant and another has a lactose intolerance. Can anyone suggest weight tips or meal suggestions so that I can make that won't cause any problems?
