Consuming an adequate water can lose you weight. When you stay hydrated that you need by your body, you will notice a decrease in your appetite. If you’re serious on becoming more lean and healthier, water is definitely what you need. But this will not work if you don't have healthy exercise and dieting at the strength, regularity and length appropriate for you.

when you exercise, try doing cardio since it burns so many more calories than other kinds of exercise. Then, like nickme said, drink lots of water, so that you'll stay hydrated and your body will be working at its very best. I think the best weight loss tip I ever got was not to give up. It sounds lame, but as soon as I feel like quitting, I remember what I'll be giving up, and then I try all the harder. If I feel like eating, I just keep myself busy. Boredom is the killer of any diet.

Here are really nice and most informative post. I am totally agree with you all. According to me if you want to lose your weight you should take care of your diet. I agree that this is a good tip and I've read in a lot of places that you should eat a lot of small meals so that you don't feel hungry and you burn more calories. I have tried eating more filling foods or eating slightly more but then it's very difficult to make sure that I stay inside a reasonable calorie limit. Is there a way to make that work? I do acknowledge that i have a very big appetite.
