    drink big amounts of water

    some people can not control them self at work when the feel hungry and quickly get junkie foods which are have lot of fats so these people destroy there weight loss meals plan but this problem will be solved be drinking lot of amount of water because water fill the stomach so it reduce the sense of Hungry

    It's true that you feel more full when you drink lots of water. When I'm dieting, I always have a big bottle of it next to me, whether I'm at home, at work, or even in the car. I also find that because I'm drinking water, my skin is a lot healthier!

      I also read that when you drink more water, your body digests food more effectively, so you'll be able to get more nutrients from the food and the waste will pass through your system better, so you won't end up all bloated. No need to feel puffy when it’s not even fat!

          Another great tip is to make a lifestyle of your weight loss so that it will become effective weight maintenance when you reach your goal. When you think of a diet as something temporary, then eventually you know you'll stop. When you think of it as a change in your life for the better, then you'll get the weight off and keep it off!

            Let me tell you one thing that you must have to make a proper diet plan first for this.Just consult a dietitian first and later make a proper diet plan so you would be able to over come your weight loss problem.The simple exercise is not a solution.

                  Weight Loss Tips

                  If you find it difficult to drink water all the time, the main idea is for you to drink a lot of liquid, water being the best.
                  I find myself tending to get tired of water easily, and in other to get my daily in take, I sometimes mix my water with some low calories healthy mix.
                  Other times, I make green tea (can be taken hot, room temperature or chilled cold)

                    That's a great idea. Just make sure that you don't drink too much caffeine as your water replacement, since caffeine causes you to lose fluids (diuretic)

                      Eat, sleep, drink water and exercise.

                      Additional:
                      Avoid acidic food
                      Avoid any sugar
                      Eat heaps of vegetables
                      Fish oil
                      sea salt only
                      easy with the carbs

                            8 to 10 glass water is recommended.This quantity may differ for different people.But the main point is drinking maximum water.It helps in burning fats and digestion of food.Gives protection to body and also nourish it.
