Lets do a thread for condiments that you should stay away from or use sparingly:
Butter. We all know butter is not good for us, yet, it is something we feel the need to put on EVERYTHING. We even cook our food in it. Nothing ads more fat and calories then butter. If you can't give up butter completely, then at least use whipped butter instead.
