There will be times where you just simply will find yourself unable to heat healthy. It could be a birthday, work lunch, wedding, game night at the pub or some other special occassian where you just can't (or don't want to) stick to your diet. For me, a diet feels too overwhelming if you always have to sacrifice the special events in your life. To combat this, I allow myself 2 or 3 cheat days per month. Another member on here (I think Kstraka?) mentioned that you can't do too much damage in one day, so I keep the days very spread out (i.e once every couple weeks and never back to back) so that I can feel like I can keep living and enjoying the things and activities I like with out going overboard.
