    Eggs are excellent sources of energy they make you feel fuller and carry you a lot longer then bread or bagels do. Studies also show that people who eat an egg for breakfast generally eat about 330 calories less per day!
    Also those who eat eggs for breakfast lose 65% more weight and 16% more fat then their bread & bagel eating counterparts. If you are worried about your cholesterol going up, the study showed that the people who were eating eggs had the same cholesterol levels as the group that ate bagels after 8 weeks and eating eggs only raises your HDL cholesterol levels which is the good cholesterol. Also in the study these people ate 2 eggs per day so if you just eat one egg per day you are probably more then fine.

      Hi Buddies.... i think Egg is the best source of protein that we must have to take in Breakfast as it makes us energetic and fulfils the requirement of calcium in our body .

        The egg is to provide complete food for the chick embryo unlike all most all mammals, where mother continues to provide all nutrition till birth and even after birth during early life. This requirement of nature makes egg rich in essential nutrients.
