For the past few weeks I have been replacing a lot of high fat/sodium meats with a turkey and it's been great! I can still eat the things I want but I am cutting out a tone of the fat and calories. For example, instead of regular bacon I buy turkey bacon now. Instead of regular sausages I make turkey sausages. Instead of ground hamburger meat I buy extra lean ground turkey. I even make hamburger helper with turkey. Now hamburgers become turkey burgers, (or chicken burgers) It's easy and it tastes great!
