        I heard that if you drink a glass of water before each meal, it hurts your digestion because it dilutes the stomach acids that are used to break down the foods. I'm not sure if this is true or not. Would it be just as effective to eat a small meal and then drink a large glass of water, or does the water have to come first for appetite suppression?

          I am not sure about that, but you may drink water while having your meal. Since it can't do much harm with a little over 1.5 pint of gastric juice every meal. However do not load water more than a glass while eating but can do so after ingesting the whole meal. i hope that answers to your question.
