    I would like to share few weight loss tips which I experience and got benefits.


    benefits of Walking :

    1) It increases metabolism rate and also burn the extra calories.
    2) beneficial to strengthen muscles and bones
    3) improve blood circulation
    4) calm down the mind

    walking is very useful to loose weight as it keep away blood flow from digestive system in turn you would be less hungry.

    As for me, one of the best ways to lose weight fast is to get yourself into a habit to exercise regularly. It can be a 30 min walk or jog around the blocks or a regular trip to the gym. Others find the park a good venue to breathe some fresh air and exercise those muscles. Whatever exercise regimen you are in or wherever place you want to execute those moves, the most important thing is that you always work out your body. A healthy lifestyle can beat any diseases and will surely keep your body fit in the process. Share your tips here and let's all learn from each other.

      So true, walking is still the best everyday exercise!

      Thank you so much for your post. I have to agree with you on that. We do walk everyday. We think that it's not a big deal and we don't really loose excess weight if we walk. But do you know that you burn almost same amount of calories between walking and running? So better walk, and do this everyday.

        I would like to share some benefit of walking daily.. it has given me good result.As you know dear that their are many benefits of walking which include: more energy to enjoy life, weight management, with toned muscles and less body fat, stress reduction, deeper more restful sleep, healthier bones and joints, reduced risks for heart disease, diabetes, colon cancer, stroke, high blood pressure, and osteoporosis. Regular walking also leads to stronger leg muscles, less knee pounding than running, lower body fat, and higher metabolic rate. Students who walk or exercise study more effectively and have better recall. Walking can also help to slow the aging process. While 30 to 60 minutes of walking per day is ideal, you can still benefit from just a little bit of walking.
