One of the easiest ways to lose weight is to eat less food. Before you start any diet or cut things out of your diet or make massive limitations or restrictions, first start by eating less of your normal diet. Say "no" to that second helping you usually have . Have one glass of wine or one beer instead of two, etc. Whatever your normal portion size is, subtract it by 1.
