    I think it's the best method so far!

    Here's why: Imagine your stomach is like a balloon. The more you put in it, the fuller it gets. Now, before you eat, try filling that balloon with water instead of food.

    When you drink water, it takes up space. Just like air in a balloon. The fuller your stomach feels, the less food you'll want to eat. It tricks your body into thinking you're full, even when you've eaten less.

    It's simple, right? A big glass of water before meals can really help you avoid overeating. Plus, it keeps you hydrated!

    Try it out. Drink up, fill up, and watch your portions shrink!

    But be sure to know the right amount of water you need to drink, because it's very important. Non-boiled, still fresh water.

    If you drink less - you won't notice the effect. If you drink more - you will quickly get tired of overconsuming the liquid.

    The twist here is to know exactly how much water you need daily. After you calculate it, just try your best to stick to it. Trust me, you will feel the difference in how easier it will be to stick to your diet with that.

    Also, forgot to mention that water level consumption depends on variety of factors like climate, activity and so on, so be sure to use that tool to figure it out.
