Hello everyone I am new to this forum and just wondered if anyone had any tips for me...
I am 22 years old and earlier this year I lost 2 and a half stone! I have gone from a size 16 to a size 12. The problem is, I am just not happy!!
I would like to lose another stone but the weight just isnt coming off!! I go to the gym at least 3 times a week and I do 40-50 mins of cardio and some light weights. I also occassionally go swimming although I hate it as I am so self conscious! I am a vegetarian and a very picky eater, normally I have cereal for breakfast with semi-skimmed milk, then 3 crackers with light cream cheese and tomatoes for lunch. Then usually for supper I will have jacket potato with beans or pasta or soup. I try hard to eat well and avoid fatty foods like cheese. This worked for a while but I have not lost any weight for about 2 months now and its really getting me down!! Why was this working before but not now?
Any tips/ advice would be appreciated!! Thanks!
