I don't sleep great usually but I got three good nights of sleep and everything I've been trying to do to lose weight is suddenly so much easier. It's all about having energy during the daytime. As soon as I feel awake and charged up, it's so much simpler just to eat right and particularly to get some exercise and just be more active all around during the day. if you struggle to sleep, use a sleep aid, if you do sleep but still feel tired during the day, try an energy pill. I'm telling you, feeling awake changes everything.

Energy is everything when it comes to pursuing a goal. Making sure your energy level is where it should be is perfect for focusing, exercising, and everything in between. Sleep is definitely key to that, so it's great that you're enjoying that perk. We should all make a higher priority of quality of sleep these days.
