If you want to lose weight and keep it off, don't think you can just focus on one thing. It's not just about fat, carbs, calories, exercise, sleep and all that. But you should pay attention to all those things. Commit to learning about each one gradually so you don't overwhelm yourself. If you go all-in for one thing, you're just doing something unsustainable. Always add more for a well rounded and healthy approach.
