    If you want to lose weight and keep it off, don't think you can just focus on one thing. It's not just about fat, carbs, calories, exercise, sleep and all that. But you should pay attention to all those things. Commit to learning about each one gradually so you don't overwhelm yourself. If you go all-in for one thing, you're just doing something unsustainable. Always add more for a well rounded and healthy approach.

    That's a good point but it makes it so hard to get started. Nobody wants to begin gradually in a learning curve, but it's the long game. It's what works.

      Yeah, I get that, but really if we don't focus on the long game and what we can keep up, then we'll only end up starting over eventually so it's best to do it this way. I know you get that.
