It's true Char. When you think about a diet, you think about about something that will end. While weight loss is not a permenant part of anyone's life, managing weight is. Therefore, changing your habits is key to help you get there. So while a diet may be good for helping you lose weight, and actual permenant change in the way you eat should be your main goal.
