  • Focus on What You'll Keep Doing

    It's all well and good to focus on what works best and what gets the fastest results, but it's better to focus on what you'll keep doing over time. if you don't, you'll just end up stopping doing it and you'll gain back any weight you lost. It's pointless. So try things out and see what will work for you long-term. Even if it's not the absolute fastest thing out there, it will work best because its' the thing you'll keep doing.

    I keep hearing this but I don't know where to start with it. Because if I'm going to keep doing it, I want to make sure I choose the msot effective thing that I'll keep doing, at the very least. There are several things I would likely keep doing. I'm trying to figure out the best of it.

      Good point, ffviifan . This is most important for diet and also exercise. The right plan for you is the one you'll be consistent about. No matter how great it is, if you're not doing it, it won't help you. So do the one you'll keep doing and it becomes the best one by default.
