It's all well and good to focus on what works best and what gets the fastest results, but it's better to focus on what you'll keep doing over time. if you don't, you'll just end up stopping doing it and you'll gain back any weight you lost. It's pointless. So try things out and see what will work for you long-term. Even if it's not the absolute fastest thing out there, it will work best because its' the thing you'll keep doing.
