    Build up on your activity level every day - gradually, not so fast that you end up hurting yourself - to burn more of the calories that you're eating.

    Eat a healthy, well balanced diet with portion control. Get rid of the trans fats that you've been eating and make sure that your plates are made up mostly of veggies instead of meats or carbs.

          That's a GREAT tip! There are so many sugars and calories in condiments and sauces, so if you just cut back on the amount you eat, you can slash the calories very quickly. Thanks! That didn't actulaly occur to me for some reason!

            Yea, it seems so small but it really adds up. Slowly put less and less and you won't have to use them anymore unless the food tastes really bad.

              According to me if you want to loss your weight you should take a lot of care of your diet. Make sure that you take low fat and carbs in your diet. Also avoid to eat fast food because it have to many quantity of fat and carbs. With that you must have to do cardio exercise. In exercise, Cycling and swimming are most effective for this purpose

                It is very clear that proper diet which is free from fats and exercise can help reduce weight to a great extent . There was a time when i was overweight . I started following diet plan which contains vegetables, fruits and also got exercise regularly .Ultimately i have reduced my weight up to 50 lbs in a month .
