Hi Guys
I have a question! I am trying to lose about 15 pounds in 8 weeks. Right now I usually do cardio and weight training, but I am wondering if I replace the weights with more cardio during this time will I lose the weight quicker? I would never cut it out forever.but does anyone have experience/results with this. Have you lost weight quickly with lots of cardio or both or just weights?
