    Hi Guys

    I have a question! I am trying to lose about 15 pounds in 8 weeks. Right now I usually do cardio and weight training, but I am wondering if I replace the weights with more cardio during this time will I lose the weight quicker? I would never cut it out forever.but does anyone have experience/results with this. Have you lost weight quickly with lots of cardio or both or just weights?

    losing weight entails great effort from anybody thus, trying to lose some pounds quicker may be unhealthy in the long run. It is alright to increase your cardio because cardio exercises are better in helping you lose weight because its really a whole body workout. Weights can help you tone those muscles because as you lose weight. If you want to lose weight faster, i suggest that you do increase your cardio exercises and eat a balanced and healthy diet. Diet pills like adipex and phentramine can also help. Look for other weight loss tips in the various threads in this weight loss forum. Goodluck to you!

      Hi,

      You should start drinking huge water and control on your appetite. do not eat so much unhealthy food. use good foods which helps your body to reduce your weight.

      stop eating fatty meal. start running and cycling.

        If you go on a low carb diet, it is possible to lose up to 5 lbs in the first week. Part of that weight will be water. But subsequently, you should strive to lose just 2lbs max a week. Anymore than that will be unhealthy.

        You should maintain weight training as it helps build muscles. We all know the more muscles we have, the more calories we burn. Personally, I focus more on weight lifting and just dedicate one day a week to HITT training. Gives me the best result so far.
