I am doing study in a another city and live in a student compound, and due to careless diet I look fatter and out of shape, So I want to look smart and wanna to make my body in a shape, when I`m going in Holiday in a weak. Unfortunately, I need to lose my weight a lot faster then I thought. Although I have only about a month, I feel like can do it, but I need help. But how?
