    Thank you tara! I always make sure I have plenty of exercise every single day, and part of it is my morning routine to go jogging and sometimes I go out with my dogs. Its fun to have them go exercise with you :)

      While I do think that its' a good idea to exercise every day, I always give myself a "light" day. That way I don't think of it as a chore, because I get a day off. The light day usually just means that I count housework as my workout haha.

        Here are some exercises which are important for weight loss..
        Morning walk.
        Running.
        swimming.
        cycling.
        Push ups.
        Ups and downs.

          Does yoga count as actual exercise, or is it more of a form of stretching and meditation?
