I just discovered this awesome idea. It's like "salad club" I used to do at work. Join a group of new moms (talk to other moms anywhere you go...you'll be surprised how easy it is to make friends!) and team up so that every week each member cooks one meal, but makes enough for everyone. That way, you're covered for the number of days of the week that matches the number of women in your group. For example, if there are five people in your group, that's five meals made for every one time you cook. It's one big batch per week, but it makes things so much easier! While you're at it cooking the meal you are making, you can also cook some extra portions for your own family that you can put in the freezer. That way, you have backup meals beyond what the group makes.
