There are a few exercises that you can do that use your baby as weight (you holding your baby) while you prefer squats and lunges, etc. You can also use your baby's weight as a "bench press", and of course you can always go for walks with the stroller. :D That said, make sure you okay it with your doctor first before you start engaging in exercises after you give birth. :)
