I think there’s too much pressure on new moms to lose the weight they put on right after they give birth. I think there should be more of a focus on eating right, getting any sleep that they can, and making sure that you exercise, whether it’s walks or some post-natal yoga. That will help you to stay flexible, encourage blood flow, and promote better sleep in the few seconds that you have, while keeping your stress as low as possible.

There's so much pressure on new moms that it's just not fair. They're already dealing with a completely new lifestyle, they're on no sleep at all, and a lot of times its' really scary because you don't know if you're doing things right or not. After all of that, trying to actually do a weight loss diet should be completely out of the question!
As long as new moms are taking good care of themselves and are hanging in there, they're doing everything right. Even if there are still a few pounds hanging on.
