    I would love to know how to lose weight around the middle following childbirth in a reasonable way. I’ve asked this in another place and the main recommendation was cycling!!! For anyone who has just given birth (or anyone with an imagination or half a brain), you’ll see why I’m asking here instead because cycling is out of the question.

    mama and baby yoga, walking with your stroller, and simply staying active overall. Take it easy, though! Especially early on.

      Just don't give up. Sometimes the weight is rather slow to come off but it doesn't mean that you need to feel bad about it. Just be persistent about exercising and eating right and give yourself a break. Your body just did something amazing. Give it some time to recover.

        Well said, Chefmel. Being persistant and expecting slow and steady results is the way to go.
