I’ve started keeping track of all my favorite foods and healthy recipes I’ve been trying along my weight loss journey by writing them down in a book. I love this book and I love adding to it and using it to make my favorite dishes. It’s really helped me to avoid eating foods that are less healthy for me. I just wanted to share that in case anyone else might want to try it :)

This is such a good idea!I'm totally going to do this and then I'll always know what my favorite healthy foods and meals are when I want them. I think I'll even write notes as to why I liked the meal or what I liked best about it. Thanks for the great idea Anne! :)

Do you really find that this works? Don't get me wrong, it sounds like a good idea, but if I were to do something like that I think I would lose interest with it fast and worst of all I would totally forget that I had such an awesome recipe book and never use it! I admire and envy you for being able to benefit from this Anne!

This is a pretty cool idea Anne. I think I might consider doing it too. I think I'll create a digital one on my phone that way it's always on me. I'm terrible and keeping and looking at papers nowadays. If I write it down I'll just end up losing it haha.

I'm also someone who would be too lazy to do this but I do like recipe books and also have a giant recipe favorites list. If you find recipes you really like, would you think about sharing them with the rest of us Anne? Maybe we should all be sharing recipes more :D
