I've got a tip out there for everyone who hates creating or following a weight loss diary or who struggles to count calories. One of the best ways to drop weight while you're figuring out your diet and calories and all of the rest of it, is to cut out all the extra sugar in your diet. Cut out the pop, the candies, the sweets and all the refined sugars. You will be amazed at how much you'll lose. And for those of you who are going to contribute to this thread by saying its "easier said than done" I hear you, but you need to suck it up. If your health and weight are truly that important to you, you need to stop making excuses. Do right by your body.

Your right about that one Treehuggertodd. It's not an easy thing to do, but it really makes an amazing difference. You'll find to that, even though it's tough at first to avoid the sugar, cause you'll crave it, after a few weeks and a month, you will crave it less and it will be easier to avoid it.
