Anyone ever include keeping an overall health diary throughout the year, so one that includes not only what you're eating, your weight, but also how you're feeling physically and mentally? The reason I'm thinking about doing this myself is that I'm actually not sure if I have allergies or something else. I've never suffered from allergies much in my childhood or teen years, but I think I may be allergic to stuff now. I think I had allergies last year around this time, but I can't remember if what I'm feeling now is allergies (like those I had before) or if I've got a cold...or something else. That said, I checked the most common Covid symptoms and they don't sound like me. Anyway, if I had kept a diary that tracked these things I know I'd feel more at ease now if I noticed a pattern, you know?

That's actually a really good suggestion. When you track your health it's way easier to know if something is normal for you (even if it's a new normal) and if something might be wrong. I mean, even if you don't track day to day, even just jotting stuff down as it happens is a good idea.

Smart idea. Unfortunately for me, tracking progress is something that is better in theory than in practice. I always start out strong when I track but then I get bored with it because it becomes a chore. I think this is something I would have been much better at when I was a teen and had more time. I know not having time is a poor excuse, but there it is.
